
Each of us has
been confronted to the hardship to copy all or part of
a voluminous document, an office automation document of
the company, a manual, or a magazine or book.
On the other hand, the document that one wants to copy can
be incomplete or damaged.
What are you doing if you have an apparatus' guarantee but you have lost
the user's guide?
Or you have the user's guide in English but you would like
to have the French, Spanish or Russian version. This
is not a problem, in fact each document produced with the
process that is, a document printed by a printing office
automation, computer or offset, will possess the display
elements "marking" and" rules" of the process. This possibility goes
along with the management of the royalties (see
application 7).
Each person who has a document or a page of a document
thus produced will easily be able to retrieve needed elements
by simply connecting to the electronic storage site.
The connection to the transmitter's storage site is automatic as soon as the person who
presents himself by means of photocopy opts for a service
of reproduction exceeding the plain copy.
While connecting to the issuer's site, the owner
will be able to get easily the entire document just by presenting
only one page. But it will also be possible to get a related document
(related contracts' manual, invoices or guarantees). One can
also easyily get a translation of the presented document
in another language provided it is available on the storage
site (either already there or produced at request).
If the user of a manual has a doubt on the validity of the
document that he examines, he can easily obtain wholeness
or part of the latest version of this document.
During the request, it will be also possible to ask for
an electronic copy of the required document in order to
manipulate it directly on one computing system or office
automation. The copy can be then sent in the suitable format in order to make
its insertion easier.
The document's issuer can easily takes advantage of the
offered service while invoicing the request. Pricing
would be able to be low enough for the claimant
in order to be acceptable for the returned service. But
it would be elevated enough so that the investment
done by the issuer can be profitable enough to offer this
service which can only make him have more regular customers.
