The solution we propose takes advantage of the general evolution toward the numeric in the document area. This passage from analogic to numerical allowed us to conceive an active paper document that interacts with reproduction or acquirement systems to which the document is submitted.

When a document is issued, its creator can introduce instructions relative to the constraints of reproduction and diffusion. These constraints are automatically set on every reproduction and acquirement request, with possibly getting involved the document's issuer control site.

This device allows to easily guarantee the non reproduction of sensitive documents within a company or in a more relevant way to control these reproductions while limiting them to the only authorized persons and also managing these documents' diffusion. The device enables to manage an original's reproduction but also a copy of it. Royalties on the copy can be different from those of the original.

The device can, on every request of acquirement or reproduction of a document, communicate with the control site of the issuer. It can thus restore a document in accordance with the version filed by the issuer. Any falsification on the presented document has no impact since the document can reappear under its original form. Or even under its re-actualized form.
Thanks to the device that is offered to you, the issuer of the document keeps a perfect control over the use of it. The follow through of the document is assured, and the issuer who is able to know the different entities having a copy of the document at any time will be able to send them any complementary documents.
