When an organism gives out a sensitive document, in addition to the display elements previously defined that it inserts on the document, it can stock the electronic version of this document on a dedicated server. Below, we will also describe the applications of our solution that don't need a dedicated server. In this report we describe the most complete solution that can be offered in terms of architecture.
When there is a reproduction request, the equipment of reproduction or acquisition tests every page of the document presented beforehand. It determines the sensitive characteristics of this one by going through a search of the marking. When it is a sensitive document, then rules are examined. If constraints of reproduction are defined, then they are applied.

If the issuer of the document foresaw it, the copy owner can require a copy of the document certified by the dedicated server of the issuer, or even ask him to forward an electronic version of the document to his computing system.
The issuer of the document can also manage the diffusion of his document perfectly. Knowing its copy owners at any times, he can easily send them an update of this document or relative complementary documents. He can check the use of the document, since he is informed every time the document is used in order to get some rights. He will thus be able to block all non-certified operations based on the use of his document. Or even if the distributed document makes initially reference to a situation that has evolved, to inform of the changes any organizations that used the document so that they can adjust their operations based on the initial information.

The access to the issuer's dedicated server is limited to the electronic document already bound to the paper document in possession of the recipient as well as to the associated documents if the issuer allowed it. The access to the recipient's computing system by the issuer is limited to the desired sending and authorized by the recipient. Next, we illustrate the implementation of this solution in different practical situations.
